How can I best use my time in the field as a nurse to prepare for a future career as a nurse educator?
I'm a 38-year-old returning to college and I've always loved the training and education portions of previous jobs. I'm most interested in teaching in a clinical simulation lab for a school of nursing down the line and I'd love some tips for how to be best prepared for that.
