I'm interested in pursuing a career in IO psychology/Organizational psychology but have had no luck finding internships relating to those specific fields. I think HR is very interesting but not entirely sure if it's what I want to do, so I'm nervous about not sounding prepared for my interview...

I'm planning on pursuing a career in IO Psych or Organizational Psych, but go to a university that primarily focuses on clinical/behavioral/cognitive psychology. I'm having a hard time finding resources and knowing what sort of path to take.
