What do you suggest for narrowing down your career ideas when I have a lot of interests? I really don't know how to pick one!

I work a full time & part time job will going to school. I have to take some online classes to make it work with my work schedule, but these classes are difficult to study for with no in person class and my professor recommends studying 4-5 chapters to study for finals with no study guide.
