To all the professionals out there, there are so many professions that require pristine communications skills. For students that are shy and/or not good at public speaking and communication, what are some suggestions that helped you?

I am currently a college student majoring in Speech Language Pathology. I want to know what some helpful resources or tips when entering grad school.

What types of certs do you need to become an instructional designer with a concentration in health?
