I'm a senior student majoring in finance, I'm getting ready to for the Carrer path, started looking for job opportunities and i would like some advice.

How will I make my first income, and how long am I working for?

I'm going into my freshman year of college in Fall of 2026 and was worried that with so many new experiences and distractions that it may be more difficult to study/ lock in when I need to. I'd appreciate any methods/ ideas on how to make sure my social and academic life both get equal attention.

I've recently gotten into an in my opinion ok business school but it's not like an Ivy league. I was just wondering since I'm an incoming freshman should I try to transfer to a better college? What matters more, the place you get a degree from or where you rank in your graduating class grade wise?
