I've heard that college is a lot less stressful and 'fast-paced' in comparison to high school. Is this true?

Are there specific foods that you cook more than others? Do clients call you for a certain style of food?

What helped you make your decision to become a personal chef instead of working in a restaurant?

Just wondering what the workload, and overall routine would look like. :)
