I decided to be a journalist after coming to the conclusion that I'm awful at math. Then, I did some research and realized the work that these Journalists put in and I value the way they still stand tall when times are tough.

I am a high school senior interested in studying chemistry. I want to pursue a career in forensic science. I have taken a high school-level forensic science class and really enjoyed it, and I have always enjoyed chemistry, but I know it is difficult.

Hello!

I'm cleaning up my computer and my phone for college. What are some good apps/websites that students use in college? Anything from note taking to student reward apps etc.

Also, is microsoft apps better than google apps? I'm not sure which to use.

Thank you so much!

It's almost time!

I took the SAT a total of 4 times, but my superscore came up in one sitting.
I was planning on reporting just one, but then the preview pdf shows how many times you've taken it.

Should I just report 1 or all 4?

I would like to know what kind of jobs/opportunities this would open up for me?

Hello! 1 month into senior year :)

I just got into a fly-in program at JHU and Amherst! Should I list them in my application? I didn't want to list them for all the schools I apply to. Where should I list them: e.c., awards/honors, additional info etc etc

Or I don't put it in at all?

Hi! I'm a high-schooler looking for good colleges in the warmer states to major in CSI forensic and criminal investigation, have any suggestions?

GPA is 4.0 and will have 8-10 APs in addition to the IB Diploma when I graduate in 2027.

I'm not interested in computer programming.

I'm a junior at Houghton Lake High School with a 3.9 GPA. I want to be a pharmacist, but I want to know if my education can still be used elsewhere. #Spring23

Alright, I'm back as a senior now! Getting into the detail for college, I decided I'm going into pharmaceutical science (if they have) or biochemistry. Some schools offer PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy), so I am planning on doing that but there's two paths. One is the direct entry, where I go...

I really love tech and media and things of that nature

What are degrees that can be completed fully online or 80% online?

I've been asked this a lot recently in scholarship applications, and I never know how to respond in a way that sounds professional. Starting with "my name is..." feels redundant when your application already has it listed. I just have no idea how to start.

I’m curious how experiences or connections have influenced others in their careers or personal growth.

What should be avoided in the long run, and watch out for in the short term? I have student loans but want to be financially stable within the next couple years after grad school.

As in, is it hard to know where to put your money and/or other allocations?

I completed my undergraduate degree in May 2024 in Equine Therapeutic Horsemanship and Facility Management. I have always loved horses and helping others. While in college I realized how much I enjoy educating about the things I'm passionate about. I have also always been passionate about...

The steps to take to become a certified horse trainer. Post secondary schooling, education, training, ect.

I have interests in business, criminal justices and sports management. What is the best way to choose what to go into?
Thanks

So many of the systems I grew up with seem to be growing rapidly volatile and unreliable. I'm not sure how to adjust my future plans in response to the uncertainty #Spring25

I haven't chosen any classes yet and would like to know what to pick beforehand.

I am currently a senior in high school and plan to attend Wayne State University for nursing. After my cancer diagnosis and treatment, I developed a deeper understanding of the importance of nurses, and I want to give others the same level of kindness and care that I was given during my most...

I'm moving to Orlando for college and I know I'll be needing a job to help support the costs, but I don't have a lot of experience job hunting. What's the norm for part-time gigs in Florida, and what are red flags?

What is the best business degree, and why should you get it? I don't necessarily mean most money, but like best for the long term, as I'm going into college and would like to know. #Spring25
