How do I find a CNA job?

I am a college freshman, majoring in Psychology. I am very committed to my desire to help others with personal trauma but am concerned about the affects it will have on my own thoughts and feelings. How do I disconnect myself and still be effective for others?

I know the differences between the two, but which one feels like you're actually helping the most?

I know my way around excel, and my cousin works as an accountant. He says its a good career path, but he's worried about offshoring. What do you guys think?
