Genuine question, what are the qualifications required to move outside India because the scope for employment is less comparatively. Or is the scope bad everywhere?

I was recently talking to a friend who has done her MA and she was saying that there's no scope in the field currently in India and was wondering whether I should even be considering taking an MA in Clinical Psychology, because I genuinely want to work in this area.

And what's your best advice in pursuing that job?

I am curious about this career, but not sure where to get started.

Teachers keep on assigning work and I feel like Im slowly falling more behind. I have a few diagnosed mental health issues and Im fighting for my life in normal classes.
